Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy applies only to the Dayworthy marketing website at dayworthytravel.com (the Site). The separate Dayworthy application at app.dayworthytravel.com has its own privacy and cookie practices.

The Site keeps browser storage to a minimum. We use one functional cookie for your language preference, one session-storage item for homepage presentation, and cookieless aggregate analytics. We do not use advertising, retargeting, social-media, or cross-site tracking cookies.

dayworthy_locale — remembers whether you chose English or Spanish so the Site can show the appropriate language on future visits. It contains only en or es. It is set only when you actively choose a language or dismiss the language suggestion, lasts approximately one year, and uses SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate Site traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics operates without cookies and does not use fingerprinting to build visitor profiles. We use it for aggregate measurements such as page-view trends.

Because the Site does not currently use non-essential tracking cookies or similar behavioral-tracking technologies, we do not display a tracking-consent banner.

If we later add non-essential analytics, advertising technology, session replay, behavioral tracking, or similar tools, we will review the applicable notice and consent requirements before activating them.

Other browser storage

Session storage (dw-collection). To keep the homepage photography consistent during a single visit, the Site stores the selected photo collection in your browser’s session storage. It is not a cookie, is not sent to our server, and is cleared when you close the tab.
Contact form. Sending a message through the contact page does not set a marketing or advertising cookie on this Site. See the Privacy Policy for how contact information is handled.

What we do not use

No advertising cookies. We do not run ad-network or retargeting cookies on the Site.
No cross-site behavioral tracking. We do not use a Site cookie to follow your activity across unrelated websites.
No marketing or social-media cookies. The Site does not currently set cookies for marketing automation or social-media tracking.

Managing browser storage

You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting dayworthy_locale means the Site may not remember your language preference between visits; the rest of the Site should continue to function.

Session storage is normally cleared automatically when you close the relevant browser tab or session.

Changes

We will update this page if the Site’s use of cookies, analytics, or browser storage changes. The current version will be posted here with its effective date.
